I should be able to order again in three months. Note sure if it would cause over dose, but Fred takes the 45 mg every two months.

No you will be fine, I'm not sure of your weight but Stelera recommend 45mg every 12 weeks up to 100 Kg (which I think is around 210 in USA) and 90mg for over 100 Kg

I tried 90mg as I'm just over 100 Kg but it was to much for me and made me feel like a zombie, so we played with a reduction in time between shots at 45mg and settled at 8 weeks.

As long as you're not taking it way out of the recommendations like every 6 weeks for example I can't see any problem of pushing it forward a couple of weeks to try it.

*Please remember this is my personal opinion and experience and I would always recommend you stick to the Stelera guidelines and talk to your dermatologist before changing the dose.
