I have never achieved full remission with psoriasis but got very close thanks to the Bio treatments, I did achieve remission with Cosentyx for psoriatic arthritis but it didn't last long.

So I will say yes, but it was short lived.

I'm not sure how to answer.... my first treatment after topicals was Acitretin which cleared up everywhere except my scalp and it was much improved to where at that time I felt like I was all clear honestly. But I never totally cleared up. After a bad flare, I cleared up quite a bit with a topical followed by Stelara, but never achieved total remission. So.... I got better but never really could claim total remission, although it was very close there for a short while!

So I'll have to think on how best to answer.

I was completely clear from I would say October 2018 till February 2021.

Combination of biologic treatment and azathioprine

Azathioprine failed and no longer on it (affected my liver) so psoriasis is coming back

I have got an almost full relief from my Psoriatic Arthritis due to my prescription.
Almost full means that in the evening my feet can hurt depending what I have done during the day. And I am also not able to run during a longer time, which I used to do when I was young.

The only thing that has given me complete remission is Fumaderm and skilarence (dmf) but I'm always aware it's lurking as I have a stubborn spot behind an ear. So I guess I should have answered no. But I feel the last 9 years have been clear enough to call remission.
I used to get clear with UV treatment but only ever lasted a couple of months

No remission but very well controlled, so not a bother to me. The arthritis has improved to the point that I can reduce or pause medicating for several weeks without an fear of a relapse.

Well it's a bit difficult to quantify but if we take the P and PsA separate then the Stelara has given me 99% clearance of the P and maybe 60% on the PsA . I have been on it for around 7 years but before that I was about the same time on MTX which did work but only to about 50% though strangely it worked better on the PSA.
I never got much relief from anything that I used before, UV didn't do much except for a great tan in the winter.
Even three hospital intensive sessions ,the last one being six weeks, only cleared it around 50% and it soon came back.

I thought I was in remission after the first real flare up, I eventually got the right diagnosis when I had it on my elbows and it went away with hydrocortisone, so to my knowledge it had gone for years.
But with hindsight I probably had this scabby bit or that patch in my scalp and not realised that was also psoriasis. And then I got the plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel etc a bit later, also didn’t know at the time that it was all part of the same problem.

Still searching though. Sad

Heart Heart Heart Heart

I DID!!!!!

I have no clue how, I moved out of home was living with my weed smoking boyfriend at his parents place and I was drinking cheap wine most nights.
I used nivea cleansing light moisturiser and I cleared apart from a tiny, tiny patch on my knees!
I was around 20 years old, my skin prior to this was AWFUL

I wish I knew what made it all go away, it all came back when we split and moved back home Huh
