Second dose taken, 2 shots of 150mg

Not much to report. Though I do think the psoriatic arthritis is a little better today, but I'm leaving my score for the moment as a week isn't very long and it could change again tomorrow.

No side effects to report.

Thank you both.

It's surprised me how exiting it is getting a new treatment. I suppose being on Stelara for 6 years and getting my life back I had forgotten how good it feels. Smile

Thank you John.

I'm not sure however that it will last longer than Stelara. We will have to see, but I'm of the opinion that our bodies will get used to any treatment after a while and we will always end up having to move on to something else.

I've read that the body can develop antibodies to the biologics, but it takes a few years. DMF is yet to lose any efficacy for me.

Cheers,

Bill

Interesting, I'm guessing that is what has happened as Stelara has been gradually tailing off.

If I am interpreting Bill's sentence, I think I understand that Bill says that his DMF still works without hesitation.
If I than read the answer of Fred, then it seems as if he compares it with his Stelara that was slowly losing it efficacy.
So in my humble opinion, either you don't understand each other, your speak different types of english, your english is not good enough, or....... I totally don't understand anything of what you both are trying to say. Doh

I think what Bill was saying was that biological appear to lose efficacy over time but the DMF. hasn't had that effect as it's not biological

I think Fred was agreeing that the effect of the biologicals does tail off overtime

That's how I understand it ....but I might be wrong Whistle
