I was just thinking. Do we have any other members using it that has psoriatic arthritis? I am following everyone else's threads no matter what they take, but I don't recall one with psoriatic arthritis on Cosentyx.

I am not surprised by that, as I still am very convinced that both disease are basically the same, and with the knowledge that more medication, like Stelara and DMF, both work for both representations.

Anyway I am very happy for you both because of the positive effect Cosentyx has on you.

Oops forgot to do my update after 4th dose.

All going along very nicely. It's been a bit damp this last couple of days but the psoriatic arthritis is very mild, I've been getting back into daily walks again too which is nice.

No side effects to report. Mrs Fred has had a little sneezing bought for a couple of days, but I've been fine. Also I'm not experiencing any mild tiredness like I could sometimes get after my shot of Stelara.

Psoriasis Score: 2

Psoriatic arthritis score: 3

Ordered #5 for this Saturday and after that I go on to 2x150mg every 4 weeks for the maintenance dose.  

So far I'm very impressed.

I'm not ready for running either yet.
But last days are going reasonably well after a dip. I had expected a bad day after my TTIP démonstration exercise but amazingly the next day I felt nothing worse than normal.
