Just burning 900 kilocalories in a very short time, led by an enthousiastic instructor (male/female). Spinning, fast, slow, heavy, light standing, sitting, movement in its pure form !
Sometimes difficult to start as you are tired from work, but always coming out of the class fully empowered !
Did also some spinning-marathons.
