Sorry Hanna
So, some time has passed since I last posted.
3 months after my miscarriage I fell pregnant again, full of fear! Worry it could end badly again and the worry of how my skin may react! I flagged things up with dermotogly to be one the "safe" side. My skin did get bad, but not to the same extent as my first, I was only working part time and I was carrying a boy! (Some people find major differences between boys and girls) I had arranged to have UVB a few weeks after he was born, but I never got a call back and couldnt be bothered with trying to leave a baby go to appointments, the winter passed and early spring I got out in the sun more and started taking vit D pills and slowly my skin started clearing. As soon as I felt settled and my skin clearish/comfy for me, I soon found out a suprise was on the way! Baby number 3, my head was all over the place, and this time round baby would be a summer baby! I put myself on high alert for sun cream, too much sun drives my skin crazy and worse. Once again my skin did flare, still not as bad as my first, it was another boy! My smallest boy is now 5 months old, my skin still far from clear but I will stay hopeful my skin will clear one day!!! Having Psoriasis has also raised questions on how I felt best to feed my babies, and I feel very lucky my skin has kept clear enough so that I could breast feed for a least a year with my first 2 and aim to do the same with my third. I know genetics play a big part but I want to know I have done everything I can to help prevent my children getting the condition. I think its safe to say my family is complete

Good to see you back Hanna and nice to know all went well with your other arrivals.
It's never a forgone conclusion that your children will get psoriasis, they could all get it or none of them will get it. I would say just deal with it if it happens, at least their Mum will now what it is and how to deal with it. You've done all you can through the pregnancy's so now it's just enjoy them. I noticed this thread has had over 21,000 views so you must have helped someone along the way and I'm sure others will be pleased to see you back giving an update.
