Tremfya for psoriatic arthritis Fred's journey

I will get my first jab next Saturday.  Will pay attention on what happens.

This is very odd, it's almost midway between shots and today has been the best for a long time with the psoriatic arthritis.

Why do I say it is odd ?

• It's very damp and cold
  
• I've been very busy with the software update
  
• Looks like we could loose a lot of our potatoes to blight
  
• Had to take the car in for it's test
  
• Still waiting for my bloody pension
  

These are things I would expect to cause a flare, but it's been the opposite. Two days ago I couldn't open a jar and I had to ask Mrs Fred to help me get the strimmer started, today we had to go into town and whilst there I thought we should get some water softener salt. I grabbed that 25kg sack like it was nothing threw it on the trolley, then in the car and once home no problem getting it out.

I decided to check my psoriatic arthritis score this evening and it's down from 16 to 5.

I just don't understand how things have changed in a matter of hours.

It does make you wonder if it's anything to do with the covid shots, but it doesn't explain why it would change so quickly.

Would be strange as the Covid shot activates the immune system and with us, the immune system is already in overdrive.

I don't know, and no I'm not avoiding any foods. I eat what I want when I want, I can't be bothered to track what I eat.

Nah I used to be able to pick one up in each hand, and when I was a driver I would throw of 20 tonnes of 25 kg sacks no problem. But yes today it is heavy and I'm not as fit as I was.

Yes it got me thinking that. I will soon find out as I have jab #3 on Thursday.

Good question Dave. I had cut back a bit, I also started walking every day again but I put weight on so said sod it. Now drinking 7 days and exercise is just doing stuff in the garden.

Hope it is due to the covid shot and that Tremyfa is not failing!!!
