Good luck at the doctor's.

I'll keep an eye on your gin for you! Oh, no worries it's safe from me drinking it!

Well that was pretty much a waste of time ....I had a 4.40 appointment got there 10 minutes early rather than be late, but shouldn't have worried ..it was 5.20 before I was called in to see a different dermatologist

She just renewed my prescription for Fumaderm and I asked for enstilar for the little flare I had and got a prescription for that and left ....I felt it was a waste of her time and more importantly of my time ....but at least I got another 4 months Fumaderm supply

Well like you say the positive is you got more fumaderm. We must all keep the positives, yes it sounds a disappointing meeting but to be fair Jim you didn't really want anything else as your mind was made up just like me before you went there.

You keep an eye on things yourself and it's probably in your notes that you know the score, so to be fair there could be a psoriasis newbie in more need and your appointment is more of just a renewal of prescription. If you are like me I tend to tell my dermatologist more than she can tell me and she is often surprised about my knowledge even though she knows me well.

Don't get me wrong and yes delays are annoying and we all deserve good treatment but you have only wasted a a couple of hours of your time to get what you want and wouldn't really want to change anything would you ?

Yes you're right  Thumb ..and I got what I went for but to be honest it could have been done on the phone .....I have suggested phone consultations before and said I would call in if I needed more attention ....they could use my appointment for more urgent cases ...it would be no different to  the "consultation" I had today  Whistle

Protocol Jim. They still do need to see us if not we could be selling on.

I won't hijack your thread but I often get contacted about buying or selling prescribed treatments. (They never get an answer from me though. )

Fair enough. I can't get Enstilar yet as we wait till you Brits try it first and then we decide if it's ok to use.

If you look at most treatments it's USA > Europe > UK > .................................. then maybe the rest of Europe will decide to give it a go. By the time we get it in France we will know how bad it is because the guinea pigs will have tried it first.

oops  off topic
