How is the psoriatic arthritis? I remember you mentioning it being mild I'm wondering how it d going now the cooler climes are coming.

The Psoriatic arthritis is pretty good and only bothers me when I try to get out of bed My feet are sore but as I get moving it eases and doesn't bother me at all .My fingers are a bit sore all the time ....but less sore than before I increased my Fumaderm ...... Life is almost painless Thumb lets see what the winter brings .....I'll mention it in my next journal entry Thumb

Long may it continue Jim. I'm thinking as it came on late and it's still mild you will be fine with it. Thumb

Good to read of your continuing success, Jim. I have psoriasis behind my ears as well and think it the most persistent psoriasis on me. I will get a blood test at the end of the month, then we can compare the effect of your sun and surf with my supplements. Of course, your regime wins hands down  for enjoyment Cool

Yes Bill I don't know if it's the sun and salt water that helps,  or the sheer joy of being able to do those things after many years of just watching , covered up while others enjoy themselves

I look forward to comparing results when you get your bloods done

Great news Jim and you have just reminded me that I have to arrange a blood test which I had forgot about.
My ears are still stubborn so it must be an area that is a common problem.
