Here's to your long term clearance  Thumb

Thank you Jim.

Diprosone comes in cream or gel available on prescription. I prefer the cream, it's a mild corticosteroid and I find it helps knock down a flare up.

Ingredients:
Chlorocresol
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate
Phosphoric acid
White soft paraffin
Liquid paraffin
Cetomacrogol 1000
Cetostearyl alcohol
Sodium hydroxide
Purified water

Edit: @Caroline thank you I intend doing so.  Smile
Thanks for the info fred Thumb

Hope things get better Fred. Just FYI - Consentyx is very weight dependent for Psoriasis. Not all that surprised to see a flare close to your next shot. Doesn't seem to have the same issue with PsA.

Thank you Mata, I did wonder if that was the case. I remember having to up the Stelara to get it working, the haven’t suggested upping the dose so I'm guessing it's a no no with Cosentyx.

Thank you Artemie, it certainly is a good feeling knowing I'm able to carry on with it as I've had a few failures.

Thank you Bill, this has been the best treatment ever for psoriatic arthritis and it feels good.

In case of Stelara we now know that a higher dose isn't necessarily a bad thing based on thr approval for other diseases. Who really knows if a higher dose of Consentyx is a bad thing. But without a potential for a higher profit, will probably never know.

Good point. I don't think I would up it anyway even if they said it was possible as the psoriatic arthritis is almost completely gone.

Great stuff Fred, I am still on Stelara but I must admit that it is keeping the P at bay quite well but the next time I see the dermatologist I will bring it up again about the Cosentyx.

Are you sure Dave?
Isn’t it smarter to keep the idea of Cosentyx as a backup as long as your Stelara still works fine?
