good news from the emotional rollercoaster! (life) 

Just got a call: dermatologist had a meeting with lung-doc and head dermatologists, and my results on TB were sooooooo next to OK that they doubt I latently have it and think it's complete overkill to start me on 3 tot 6 months of antibiotics, especially since in the past when I was near someone with TB it was the same results after scanning; no meds needed.

Besides; skin test and thorax were perfect. 

So, this thursday second shot. Since Im in trials I have a hotline to my dermatologists, and even if I have a bit of the flu, I can call anytime to talk about skipping if ill.

Meanwhile the lesions are still slowly but surely thinning. Good results for only 5 days, I say.

Hooray, now I can get on with looking forward to picking a late summer holiday on a beach adjacent to warm blue water. And the dresses that would fit such circumstances and the killer legs =]

That is good news.

You may get a little flu like feeling after your shot for a couple of days, but it's usually mild and passes quickly. Your body will also get used to it after a few shots, but yes if you feel bad with flu then give them a call.

update; took second dose last thursday, on the monday and tuesday afterwards I was totally zonked out after working and couldn't get myself to do much at all, except have naps and read a book, lying comfy on the couch. Even sitting up was tiresome More tired than I'd be usually on a tired-feeling-day. The sunday/monday after the first loading 2 doses of Humira I felt the same. So both later in the day.

Today, Wednesday, I feel more energetic.


No further side effects and spots are still fading. Hooray! Slowly tho, not befitting a impatient type like me   
Am using a vitamin D cream to help things along and getting as much early morning / late afternoon sun as safely possible at my garden house place, because there's a festival at the beginning of August I'd like to flaunt around at =]

I'm glad that the humira is starting to work for you and I hope you get clear before your festival so you can enjoy it without worrying about the psoriasis

She doesn't wear socks you fool, you can't with Clogs.

yes, have clogs at the garden house, helps keep the mud out and wearing them you can dig well with the spade, if need be.

Meanwhile, good days and some dog-tired days this weekend loitering on the couch, horizontal; although I wasn't scheduled a shot last thurday. 
Did have a bit much wine since thursday, maybe I should put a little break on that =]
Next thursday next subcutaneous shot.
