I have a health care background and noticed that in the past, several fumarates were trialed for psoriasis. Trying to ship DMF from China to the US via Alibaba turned out futile, but I did order some liquid diethyl fumarate (notice the absence of the letter "m") from a similarly shady source. I will probably start at a dose of 30mg and slowly work my way up, taking it in water with large meals and supplementing with N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. Glutathione is an important part of molecular transsulfuration pathways I think I have trouble with anyway, so it doesn't seem intuitive that a substance that uses it up would help, even if that process does trigger anti-inflammatory chemicals. We shall see.
