Hmmmmm........interesting development!
On Thursday I over exerted myself moving stuff around in the garden.
On Saturday we had a slightly indulgent wine and takeaway night.
Tonight my O/H and I had a bit of a spat.*
Both of my feet are now bubbling up with pustules. Huh
Stress related?
Will have to keep an eye on this.

At least you are aware of your triggers, just take it steady in the garden there's another day tomorrow Wink
I don't blame you overindulging, it's my favourite pastime Big Grin

Ha Ha, he did make me coffee and a full cooked breakfast the morning after though so not all bad. Wink
Had another session with my therapist last night and eliminated more knots. Slept like a log. Big Grin
My right foot is a bit nasty today but, on the whole, I'm doing well.
Had a good natter with a friend who works at the local Carers Centre and am looking at volunteering with them for one day a week. I reckon it will do me good to get out of the house for a short spell (and who knows where it might lead) Wink
Sun is shining here.....matches my mood. Thumb

I have to be honest.....it was taken 6 years ago, before the whole psoriasis kicked up.
I've resurrected it as an incentive to look after myself and get back that healthy glow. Smile

Had a rough couple of days. Confused
Throat infection, aching limbs, hot flushes and my back is killing me.
Can't even keep water down.
And I have a really sore tear on the bottom of my foot that doesn't seem to be healing.
Am a bit of a mess.

On the plus side.....my tomato plants are doing well.

After these last few days I've decided I am coming off MTX.
That may surprise you given the long slog I've been through but there is something very insidious happening inside me. I just know it.
We were supposed to be raising the dose next week to see if that would stabilise my feet (everywhere else is under control) but it's not going to happen.
I want off this stuff. I just have a really bad instinct about it.
What's happening:
badly bleeding gums
persistent aching limbs
low grade fever
constant nausea
metallic taste in mouth
constant thirst
lower back/left side pain
dry eyes
fatigue
constant dull headache

BTW....as far as my mental and emotional state goes, I have never felt clearer or stronger.  Big Grin
And I'm still SMILING!!! tong
Oh....and my tomato plants are getting bigger.  Wink
