I found some bio's make things worse than others, or sometimes things get worse after a while on them. They do after-all weaken the immune system, I would say take your last one then ask about trying another.

Anyway, this cold is breaking up and I was just starting to feel better but now it's a bit worse.  Sorry I haven't been around much this past week.

With you having a sickness year it is like with my mum.. She also is in a continuous stream of, luckily, little problems. She now is in a coughing phase…

I think so too. Something tells me my dermatologist is going to disagree. Last time I "hinted" at stopping and was told that Skyrizi is the best option for scalp psoriasis. And she wanted to give me injections on my plagues. I didn't like that idea, not because of getting injections, although the idea didn't thrill me, but the injecting meds that she admitted was a short term solution and could need repeating over and over again just was a no from me. I'm expecting our next conversation to be very similar to that one.

It is recognisable over here.
Recently there was a congress, the EADV congress, of dermatologists and other. Over there they were talking about all the choices that were there, advanced treatments and the state of medics.
I heard there was also a patient, telling the real situation and who said that all those great presentations on new drugs and patient centric treatments, but the real world was still the old fashioned way of trying everything so you could finally find the right treatment for yourself…..after…. 10 years or so.

Do you think the dermatologist is thinking mainly about getting skin to clear (translates to success of treatment, success for doctor) and not considering the patient's quality of life?

This forum has always been a great place that shows it's not a "one size fits all" treatment for psoriasis. Some here have huge successes with one treatment while others do not. TL, I do think some doctors just have their favorites and think it's supposed to work and just stubbornly can't admit they prescribed something that isn't helping. Maybe it's an ego thing, who knows??

This "cold" is a stubborn one. Some days my nose runs all day long, other days - like today, I'm all stuffed up! It's been week for me. Over a month easy for Mr. Kat. I'm not sure how much is weather related with the seasonal changes but sheesh, it's like it's never going to end!!
