You have had a quick response to Skyrizi.  Remicade and then Humira was like that for my Crohn's.  I had a super quick response, super quick healing.  It must feel wonderful, Sheila.  Such a relief for you.  Yay!!!  
The evil Methotrexate has eased my patches and itching quite a lot, but I'm hoping to move to Stelara in time.

Guess what a side effect of Skyrizi is? Itchiness!  Especially on my shins. Anyways, just waiting for my arms to improve. Illove the results so far, but want the arms and ears to improve.

I do think they did not do that deliberately. The creation/design of biologics is very complex.

Will the itchyness eventually go away?  That's insane!!!

No....or so I am told. And my legs are going to be a wreck because my shins drive me nuts the .out. I use an eczema moisturizer which helps a bit.

Well, 1 month on Skyrizi and I am seeing results. It's just not as dramatic as I had hoped. I have a huge reduction in scaling, but some still remains. Arms, chest, face and head are the worst of it. Some of the most troublesome spots, historically have either diminished or disappeared, but redness and some scaling still remains. Perhaps this second dose on the 10th will make a huge difference. Perhaps I may have to have injections every two months instead of every 3? Who knows?? Time will tell. But I do know one thing, I have to reduce my gluten as I have let it seep back into my life. Hamburger buns, hotdog buns, toast in the morning are the huge offenders, but those can be dealt with easy enough... if I can afford it now. *sigh* Gas has just jumped up 10 cents a liter to $1.80. Last September we were paying $1.09. Seriously considering buying an electric bike for the summer. It may be $900 but it should pay for itself inside of 3 months and then start saving me money for the summer and fall at least.

Could you ride a non-electric bike?  It still may be about the same price for a decent bike, but the exercise would be good for you.  Maybe you have really steep hills, though, and need the help going up.  If you got an electric bike, could you pedal without the electric assist, too?

I do hope you have continued improvement following the next injection.

A bike, even an electric one, has also the advantage that it may help you losing weight, but overall it will make you feel a lot better.

Sadly...the bike I wanted to buy has a weight limit of 275. I am 293.

Auch, that is either having a wait until you have reached this limit or aiming at a more solid bike.
