Yes it's up and down Caroline but still no where near as bad as it was when I first went on to bio's, so whilst annoying it could be a lot worse.

As for Provence I won't be moving there.

#1 Too expensive.

#2 Too many people.

Thank you both. It does seem to be easing now so must have been a flare up, managed to get some work done in the garden today which was nice.

Four days later Psoriatic arthritis score down from 16 to 5

The weather is better so still not sure if it was a flare-up or the damp.

If you are looking for a new post in this thread, I have deleted it as it was not suitable.

I did wonder after Fred and was going to remove it.
