I'm inclined to agree with Jim, the Ps flair is most likely to be from the stress you are feeling over your brother, I had a similar flare up before losing my Father.

Stress...yes it is there. If my brothers' recent health scare is the cause, then so be it. It sucks. It itches. I will try to de-stress in hopes this will pass. I have to admit to one and all that my stress levels are high for other reasons. Finances are another source right now. Juggling bills and who to pay is a tough juggling act. I have one other health issue that is causing me stress. Huge stress. But I am trying to address that now. Perhaps I will share that issue at a later date. So If I suddenly drop off the face of the planet, know it won't be for long. It is just me dealing with stuff. I will return as soon as I can.

Fear not Wintrman,  we will still be here when you get back .

I agree it is addictive but we do understand if you disappear for a while we will still be here as friends when you return

I know the stresses of money juggling and had many years trying to stretch it out as I used to have my own business and it wasn't always easy paying bills and getting money in .
And family stress is awful when you feel unable to help

Hello Everyone! Thanks for your support. It's been a stressful week, following my brothers' operation. This week it is, work oriented. Certain wheels have been put in motion that may cost 3 of my staff their position under my command. One, in particular is 83. He is an ex neighbor of mine and I care about him and his wife a lot. For me, the most stressful thing is he has given so much to this post. All 3 of those people have gone way out of their way to make this post function over the years. 2 of them have served here for decades while the other is about to see her 10 year anniversary here. And I am going to be the one to have to convince them to take on another post. Here they have steady hours and have their lives programmed according to how they are paid. Now they will have to serve at various posts to even come close to the hours they get now.    We (the company) are trying to point out safety issues that may rescue this situation. Here's to hoping this works for us all.

I mean, they may have mobility issues, but at least I can count on, without a doubt, that the job will be and can be executed without worry. No sleeping on the job. All paperwork is completed. They keep this post on auto pilot. Now, if I get a new crew, I don't know what I will get. My greatest fear is that I will wind up with some  youngblood that is only in it for the paycheck. Things will drop off. People will be found sleeping. Lots worries. They will almost certainly be high maintenance. *sigh* More work for me.

So that is my thoughts for the week. 

As for my health...redness continues to rise, as is the scales. My blood sugars have been regular, but I feel I have a little more work to do. Average of 6.5 over the last week. I want it down more, like around 5.3-5.8.  I know it's possible. This past week has been not so good, diet wise. I have gotten away from what works to get my blood sugars to the level I want. So today, I am back in the saddle. Thinking of cutting down on coffee too. Makes me feel too full, bloated, nauseated.

The good news is that I have continued to lose weight....finally. Down 1 more pound. 46 lbs. now and looking forward to more. 220 lbs is my goal. But If I went down to 190, I think I would cry with joy!

On that note, I think I am done. Stay tuned in my 100+ post for the day.

Good news that you have still lost weight , sounds like you have still quite a lot of stress .
Glad that I don't have to worry about work/staff etc now I have retired.
You look after yourself and all the best to your brother.
