I have no clue how, I moved out of home was living with my weed smoking boyfriend at his parents place and I was drinking cheap wine most nights.
I used nivea cleansing light moisturiser and I cleared apart from a tiny, tiny patch on my knees!
I was around 20 years old, my skin prior to this was AWFUL

I wish I knew what made it all go away, it all came back when we split and moved back home

But I don’t think so of course. Probably the relaxed living did good to you. And a break-up is always generating stress where your body reacts to.
