Just a thought Wintrman. If you have parts that are already clearing you could swap daily between Enstilar and Coconut oil every other day, then you could start using Enstilar on the parts you have not started treating yet.

LOL Thanks for the pointer. The only thing I don't like about the coconut oil is the smell. I am not a fan of the coconut smell, or the taste either. But hey, I will bite the bullet and make it happen.

I use the Aveeno Eczema cream occasionally and it's a good moisturizer that also helps relieve itching.

Hello fellow psoriasis sufferers! Things are going great! At least where I am treating the psoriasis, it is. I was hesitant at first, to rotate areas that have psoriasis, but there is improvement. There are a couple of stubborn spots that I treat every day, though. There are a few areas I cannot treat because of where it's located, like around the eyes, ears, personal areas, etc.. But either way, Enstilar has been a Godsend. I will need the Methyltrexate to help treat those areas, I am thinking.
People around me are pointing out how good the psoriasis looks, even those who had given me antibacterial liquid spray so I could "clean up after myself". I had to hold back when that supervisor addressed my psoriasis the other day as she was the one that gave me the spray and had a talk about the cleanliness of my post. I wanted to say something not so nice, but I didn't. It also let me know that others were noticing my psoriasis in a not so positive way. Anyways, I am positive and that is all that counts. Let's hear it for the future and the successes it may hold. Cheers Gang! Wintrman

That is very good news.
Lets Certainly hope that you have stepped into a new page of your life and that this will continue. Less stress and good feeling does its work.
