I will never go on Methotrexate again, so it's not an option. But there are other options open to me.

#1 I could like you say tough it out.
#2 I could switch to Taltz
#3 I could go back to Stelara
#4 I could try another topical.

But Methorexate is never going to happen.  

Thought I would get a couple of photos before slapping more Calamine Lotion on for future reference. The redness and raw feeling has calmed down but it's still not looking good.

No the soles of my feet are fine Artemie. When I was saying about it being difficult to walk it was because every time I moved the psoriasis was splitting on my shins.

But if you're offering a foot massage, I'll give it a try.
