@ Dave yep I'm enjoying a good long period of clearance ..in fact the longest I've been clear in my entire adult life .....and I'm loving it ....but you never forget and are always wary

You certainly are always wary , I am hoping to change soon from the Stelara but the results of my MRI scan this week shows damage to my spine with the worst at the neck and lower back but especially the neck . There is nothing that can be done and it's just a waiting game now to see how it progresses , I have to go back when I start losing the use in my hands such as difficulty with buttons , they have no idea how long that will take ,it could be months or several years.

Things still good went to have my psoriatic arthritis checked at the hospital as part of a research group. She took lots of measurements and nothings changed since I first was assessed except I'm getting less pain since increasing the Fumaderm some time ago

My lymphocyte count at the end of May was 1.21 so very good ...
Everything else is normal

Well done, Jim. That is a fantastic lymphocyte count and will give you a comfortable buffer to allow control of your arthritis. You might wish to take Matari's lead and take more interest in your ESR, a non-specific inflammatory marker. With this value you can set boundaries for the management of your arthritis. Hurting and not hurting are good, but with a low ESR I can feel more confident that my joints are not degenerating. I would toast your continued success with a g&t but as I am taking some DMF shortly I will defer for this evening.

Salutations.

Thanks Bill yes the results are good enough to crack open the gin ....perhaps you will join me for one later 15 although alcohol doesn't seem to affect the efficacy of DMF for me ...

I will talk to my doctor and dermatologist and see if I can get ESR  added to my testing ...I guess it's a simple enough test for them to add in ... Thumb
