Is there an easier way, Fred? Maybe you are trying to do the work as you would have a few years ago?

Yes get someone else to do it, but I'm a tight arse and they wouldn't do it the way I wanted it. It's the rewiring of the house, I got the wiring finished but never managed to hide up all the cables. So I'm trying to pin them up on the beams but it's not easy using a hammer above my head whilst on a ladder, but I got two more done today so I'm making progress. I would have no chance using a hammer above my head Fred ,I would have had more chance using it on my head to try to knock some sense into it, I can't do it and I know I can't so I don't . I don't know how you do it Fred but I know if I push too hard I really suffer later .

Right it's not the air pressure that is making it worse: 1020 on Sunday and 1013 this morning, and it's worse.
So I'm going to look at Humidity levels: Currently 29% and the forecast is predicting thunderstorms, so it could be worth keeping an eye on that. Funny how one never gives up trying to find the triggers.

All the triggers are good to know. Mindfulness can help prevent reactions and help with relaxation techniqu. Take it easy on days that ae taking a toll.
Usually when I over do and cold winters & high humidity are some of my triggers. Got a dehumidifier for the house last year, it really makes a difference. Clears up the inside dampness really works. |
