Fumaderm stomach cramps

Hi Folks,
I'm on Fumaderm for the first time and got to the Blue tabs, 3 times a day, without any problems, then boom! Omg! Stomach cramps and the runs, has anyone come across anything that alleviates either of these issues?

Re Fumaderm, I don't know much about it myself and I hope someone will spot this post and help you. Isabelle did start a thread Fumaderm but I haven't seen her around for a while. There is also another by Lian New to Fumaderm Tips please.

Of course I will react, maybe even faster than Fred suggested.

To avoid the stomach problems be sure that you take the fumaderm immediately áfter your breakfast, lunch or dinner, and if possible together with some yoghurt.
The essential thing is that Fumaderm, as all fumarates, is bad for your stomach. So you must take care that it has left your stomach into your intestines before it starts to work.
I can imagine that there is a protecting coating on the pills that should do the job, but maybe it does not work sufficiently.

And the runs... Well that is more difficult, many people using fumarates, do meet that problem. Normally that should become less in time.
There is a diet prescription with the version of fumarate I use, that might help.
Myself I do not use fumaderm but Psorinovo, differences are that the latter is enteric coated slow release and does not contain the extra salts as in fumaderm.
Practical difference, it first passes the stomach after that is it slowly released preventing as much as possible "The runs".
