Yes im still alive...
After 6 years of satisfaction with Stelara , this morning i have started Uzpruvo.
The license for Stelara is expired in Czech Republic and my Doctor has given me Bio-similar Uzpruvo.
Have you experience with this new bio treatment?
I hope that it will work well as Stelara.

Good to see you back sunnyman, as far as I know you are our first member going on to Uzpruvo but being a biosimilar of Stelara I would imagine it would give the same results.

It has gone through the same tests as Stelara and other biosimilars (Pyzchiva, Steqeyma, Wezenla) so basically it's the same thing but may have some small changes in the format.

Uzpruvo (Stada, Thornton & Ross)

8 days after the shot:
increased sensitivity of the gums.
It happened to me with Stelara.

I was on Stelara around 6 years and don't recall sensitive gums, but if you've had it before then you know what it is so if that's the only problem you get then it's a good start.

It happens only after 8/15 days and the disappear.
With Stelara happened to feel tired and joint pain.
Anyway nothing serious.

My pso is under control since 2019 with bio treatments.

I used to get flu like feelings after the shot for a couple of days, but like you say nothing serious and having psoriasis under control is worth a few minor niggles.

I have had no problem with the Stelara and I don't want to change to a bio similar even though my doctor would like me to change,my consultant at the Spire has said he wouldn't be willing to do that.
I have had no issues with it at all.
