Good luck with the Bimzelx Fred , it certainly looks like the psoriasis and Psoriatic arthritis are very active I hope this bio is the one to give you long term clearance and pain free joints  Thumb

Thank you Jim, yes it's not been a good year so I'm looking forward to getting some relief this year. Thumb

You're definitely a bio expert by now as you've been on quite a lot of them! Hope you get good results!!!

Fingers crossed for this one - I think you can get quick results, when I started Stelara it was very fast.
I hope it calms your hands down, they do look uncomfortable..

This will be my 8th one, I'm not sure if that makes me an expert or just a difficult patient to treat.

I found Stelara worked quick too, I will update in a couple of weeks but at the moment I'm very impressed.

Time to give an update. I have just taken my second starter dose of two injections 160 mg  Bimzelx.

Some of our members may have seen my locked copy [Group Specific] that has a couple of posts I put in for reference, but as this is my public copy I thought I would give a four week review.

This has to be the most amazing bio I have ever used, so so fast I even noticed a difference after 24 hours. .......................... Yes 24 hours. I have used a lot of bio's in the past but the psoriatic arthritis pain has never gone down this quick.

So where am I after 4 weeks ?

Psoriasis score will have to go down from 4 to 2. It started healing almost straight away, so if it was just for psoriasis I would say it was worth it.

Now the bit I want to get under control Psoriatic Arthritis. Some of you will know I have struggled over the years with different bio's, but I have to say I have never had one give so much relief so quick. Yes it was after one day that I noticed a difference and it kept getting better until last week when I felt is was not so good, but don't forget I'm still in loading dose mode.

Inflammation is down and I'm finding I can do things that have not been possible for a long time. I do sometimes think it could be positive attitude of needing this one to work, but there is no denying that this stuff is working. Even Mrs Fred has said how much difference she has seen in me.

So let's check the psoriatic arthritis score: It was 7 and today it is 2 Yep 2 I'm so so pleased.

No side effects to report.

On a side note I had an appointment with the rheumatologist about the fluid on my ankle and as expected it was a waste of time. They confirmed it was fluid and I had psoriatic arthritis ............................. Yeah sure you dumb arses, I already knew that.

Anyway I know have to wait for another appointment with someone else in rheumatology to see if they can help with the ankle which is nothing to do with psoriatic arthritis.

I will update at my next loading dose, but so far I'm very pleased. Smile
