But that specifically with bio Rapititva there were 3 cases of PML. That is not very much. PML can easily be prevented by regularly checking the lymphocytes.
Further in the research you see that most problems are associated with other diseases than psoriasis like MS. It does show that the overall weakening of the immune system, specifically with the TNF alpha’s, really makes you more vulnerable.
Associations with more modern cytokine blockers is not available in this research, which in my opinion looks like a lot of cherry picking out the problems. There is no comparison to the whole patients base that are using this.

May not be the same research paper as mine refers to non hiv. I have it open on another pc, I will check later.
