Weight gain on biologics

Real fun TL..

A few suggestions...

• an electric bike?  Might help with the hills. They are very popular over here and we even have a flat country. This type has now passed the normal types of bikes in sales
  
• A larger saddle on the bike, to spread the forces of gravity.
  
• On weight... ever thought of intermittent fasting? It may have an effect on your arthritis too. 
  
• I have found that too much walking does negatively affect my Psoriatic Arthritis, but with me it is in my feet not in the higher bones.

Glad Google pointed you back to your original post TL ...seems like exercise is the way forward  .. I was lax at the start of lockdown but have found the last few weeks with regular exercise my weight has started to fall
