Probably the way I worded it and didn't explain properly Kat.

I have just checked on the government website and this what they say about the new booster (not the one I had 4 weeks after my second shot)

The booster dose should be given 6 months after the last vaccine injection or 4 weeks after the single Janssen injection.

The Covid-19 vaccine booster campaign started on September 1, 2021

The vaccine booster corresponds to the administration of an additional vaccine injection for eligible persons, that is to say:
  • Residents of accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people (nursing homes) and long-term care units
  • People 65 and over living at home
  • People at very high risk of severe illness
  • People with co-morbidities that increase the risk of severe forms of Covid-19
  • Severely immunocompromised people (who have already received three doses will receive a fourth)
  • People who have received the Janssen vaccine. A booster with a vaccine to mRNA (Pfizer or Moderna) is recommended from 4 weeks after 1 st injection.

The booster shots are done only with messenger RNA vaccines, either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna.

Does that mean you will get a fourth shot?

No I'm not "severely immunocompromised" those are the only group getting four.

@Jim, they said it was fine to get the covid booster and flu shot at the same time, but I decided to wait two weeks before I get my flu jab.  Talked it over with Mr Kat and he said by only getting one if we had a reaction or side effect then we'd know which one caused it.  That made sense to me so decided to do them at different times.  (We're not expecting any issues however)
A wise decision Kat I had mine both 4 days ago and apart from a tender arm no side effects but can I understand Mr Kat's thinking
Mrs Jim was really poorly for a couple of days after having them both and spent them laying on the sofa . She's much better now but not sure if it was a reaction to flu jab or the covid Pfizer one
