Fumaderm and Skilarence are not available in Canada .   Your dermatologist should lay out the treatments available and recommend a treatment.

Mine (at the time) gave me a book to read about treatments, side effects, etc 

Unfortunately most drugs have side effects or long term effects and your dermatologist should monitor.

Hi Treena welcome to the friendliest site on the internet, there's more information about psoriasis on here than any where else that I know so have a good luck around and ask any questions you want as I am sure that someone on here will be able to give you the information you need. Take care .

Welcome Treena,

There is plenty of people who are super supportive and lots of very handy information. I joined not too long ago and I have learned so much more than I ever hoped I would. Being a part of this club has indeed changed my life and simplified what could have otherwise have been a long and arduous search for unbiased information. They saved me from many "miraculous cures if you just did this one thing!" Goodness knows there are lots of those.

Anyways, welcome aboard and I hope to see you around.
