Hello David, can you confirm that this is prescribed by a GP or dermatologist as I have never heard of it being used for psoriasis.

Thank you.

Fred.

I looked it up, interesting read. It's an antioxidant and seems to be a supplement that is attributed to helping many areas with healthy skin being one of those.

Useful information for those wanting to try supplements over (or even with perhaps) other treatments. I'm always a bit leery of adding anything to my list of meds as even supplements can be bad for a person depending on either current meds or if it's something your body needs or if you already have enough due to diet, etc.

Thanks for sharing as many prefer trying things other than prescribed meds. Smile

so afternoonfix, I'm curious, how are you doing on Astaxanthin?
I've researched it isnce you mentioned itĀ and am am also taking 4mg since the 27th of july. It's also advised for psoriasis by the dietician I'm gonna be seeing for the first time 22th of september. I'm seeing improvement but that coul be the sun, l-glutamine, evening primrose oil, safflower pestal tea and other things.
