Sorry for the Houdini act
I pushed myself at work....thinking that it was ok to do as I previously did for a long time prior to my burnout in 2016, working 20 to 30 hours of overtime a week....just for a few weeks! Well big mistake Damn lupus! That spoon story used to explain how lupus feels like is true. My last few days at work prior to my holidays ended up with me being in bed at 5....completely exhausted! Now I know my limits. I am lucky I didn't do a severe flare. Finishing my first week of holidays.....what was on the menu? A bit of work (yes...I know....but had to debrief my replacement and provide some support to the other manager who is new at managing) Rest Vampire visit 4th vaccine dose Dentist And now....my hubby was hell bent on buying an additional cabinet for the kitchen and painting!!!!! Except he's exceptionally horrible at painting. So who will paint? ME! Not what I had planned for my holidays  At least he cleaned the walls, ceiling and doing patching. Everything will be ready for me to start tomorrow. Two weeks left
