Thank you all
I was released from the hospital buuut did not enjoy the experience at all!!! I usually have entertainment in the ER (the two times I went before)....none this time. At least the Male nurses were extremely pleasant to look at 1. Took my first ambulance ride at around 4h15 am Tuesday morning 2. They did blood tests and ECG 3. Was going to tell them after those that I felt better now and wanted to go home...was workingin a few hours....they said no as the results had come in and something was off 4. More tests, xrays.....they blew up a few veins in the process so I am all black and blue 5. Visit from cardiologist to tell me I had a heart attack and that he was admitting me....that floored me 6. They brought me to the operating room to go check arteries and unclog if there's a need....one was 70% clogged. I was screaming and sobbing on the table for that one even the nurses got mad at the doctor and told him to stop a few times until they could give me fentanyl and for it to take effect. The reason it was extremely painful is that my veins are small (they went through the wrist to get to the heart) the put stents into the artery that was blocked. 7. Did an echography ....heart was not damaged 8. Left with 5 new prescription drugs....needed a few more in my collection lol Follow up with cardiologist in two months! Off work for two weeks! I took a lot of time off this year for health issues

Morning KatT (for me it is morning),
I am very happy to see your report and read that you are okay. Because I was quite scared about your heart attacks. I have always thought they were much more deadly, but your report breathed the signal that it was ‘just a heart attack’ and lets go on…. Until you decided to go to the hospital. From my point of view, they did quite a resolute job. They kept you and acted immediately, which shows that it was important. Very sorry for you that you was in so much pain, but that is over now and you are quite better now. That is what counts. Now take some time to recover from the emotions and be happy that your heart is not damaged. Take care ! And yes, male nurses can be quite cute.

Wow KatT I'm so sorry to read of your situation it came as a big shock to read that. But pleased as I read on that you were in hospital and getting good attention and now released back home but what a horror for you . Great they found the clogged artery and put in stents. Hopefully after a period of rest you will be as good as new.
Big for you and good wishes from Mrs Jim and me for a speedy recovery

Blimey KatT!!!!!!
You have certainly been through the mill a bit. Sounds like the hospital was super efficient and speedy to get to the bottom of the problem though - sorry you were in so much pain but stent fitted and no damage to heart is good news indeed! So rest up now and don't even think about work for a couple of weeks, just concentrate on your recovery and get some rest! Big hugs to you KatT
