Has anyone else noticed how stress affects their Psoriasis?

I have noticed that when i'm very stressed the Psoriasis becomes much more visable but when i'm feeling relaxed it almost disappears. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Hello Richard I have moved this thread to "Psoriasis And Psoriatic Arthritis Topics" as it's better suited there.

Stress does have a huge affect on psoriasis, I have also found it can make psoritatic arthritis flare up to. I have always said a positive attitude is one of the best treatments for psoriasis, however keeping positive is difficult in it's self.

It's a viscous circle you get stressed out, you get a flare up, you get more wound up about the flare up, and on it goes. you just have to try to pull yourself out of it and search for a positive thought, however small it may be it will help. Smile
