We all understand the problems that you have/are going through Cows, me, I too have or had plaques of psoriasis on my posterior and the only relief I got was scratching like a dog with flea’s ( or like a bear with flea’s)

As your not seeing a dermatologist, ask your GP for Aveeno body was, Aveeno oil, it has wheatgerm in it’s ingredients and you might find it soothing etc ?

Welcome to the club ,a great place to be, no rubbish no selling of cures just people who have the same problems so know how it is. Push to see a dermatologist because in the last few years things have improved and I am sure you will find some thing that works for you better than you have now.
