I have received a diagnosis of psa but only based on all my tendon issues - Achilles, plantar fasciitis, some problem around my tailbone/ si joint. So far not nails and not fingers so the classic diagnosis of it starting in nails and fingers/ toes doesn’t fit fit for me, and may not fit for you too..

Oddly enough, I'm in physical therapy right now for lower back pain and the area that bothers me the most is where the SI joints are located. And no, I didn't realize this until just now when I looked it up. Not sure if there is any relation to psoriatic arthritis in any way, I have bad knees which it seems can also cause SI problems.
The therapist does not think it's arthritic due to stretching helping (I guess if it's arthritic the stretching isn't suppose to help) but I will admit, I'm a bit curious now. Anyway, since this info isn't going to help anyone searching for TALTZ information, we probably should close this thread. I do think starting a psoriatic arthritis thread could be helpful. (I know there's probably already some out there too! I just don't have time to look right now ) But if not... if someone with info would start one (signs, etc.) I think it would be helpful!
