As Fred said, get yourself some virgin coconut oil, it should help get rid of the scales but bear in mind, we all have psoriasis but we are all different in what works for everyone.

I would suggest asking your auntie exactly what she gave you for your scalp. You could then go to a pharmacist and see whether you could get the same medication. You may be able to purchase medication in the Philippines without a doctor's prescription.

If you're not entitled to expensive medicines, then I'd agree with Jim, go for the Natual Treatments for Psoriasis. It helped a few members here in a great way. Can be hard, not eating certain stuff... but well worth trying if you can stick to it..
