Hi there,
I'm new here - hello!
Wondering if anyone can help.
After I go for a run, +7miles, the psoriasis spots on my back on stomach flare up.
I'm assuming it is from the irritation from the clothing mixed with the sweat from exercising. Does anybody know that the best clothing is for running long distance as a Psoriasis suffer?
Thank you!

to the club I hope you can find an answer, I'm afraid my days of running are over apart from running to catch a bus .
. Sorry I can't be any help with your running. My running problems can be sorted with a handkerchief
my nose is all that runs these days. But what I would suggest is avoid anything containing Elastian/Lycra as this is a known irritant as I can wholeheartedly attest to with my socks. I cannot wear socks with more than 2% elastain, I always end up with a real angry band where the cuff sits.
