Just stumbled upon this old thread on Psoriasis Club, we have soooooooo much information here when you look around. 

I noticed a post by Dave RE: Janssen says Tremfya beat Cosentyx where he asked "Which one is better for PsA as well" I will soon be going on to Tremfya after Cosentyx failing for psoriatic arthritis so I may be able to help answer that question.

Hope that it works okay for you Fred, look forward to hearing the verdict. I am still on Stelara as on my dermatologist appointment last week we decided that for the time being, even though it's not working as well for the PsA , it's still working reasonably on the P.
