So I have been on Humira for about 18 months now, and I am starting to notice that its slowly starting to stop working. I take it once every 2 weeks, and during the first week, most symptoms of my psoriatic arthritis disappear, but after like 5-6 days they start coming back. Anyone else having this issue?

Yep sounds much like it was for me, but I didn't stay on it long as I had a reaction to it. It worked well at first for the psoriatic arthritis but like you it was only good for a few days.

Not sure if you can get it but Cosentyx has been the best thing ever for me in regard to psoriatic arthritis, may be worth asking if you can switch.

Hey Fred, I'll ask my rheumatologist about Cosentyx when I see her next in a few weeks. Thanks for a lot of the info on the forums, kinda overwhelming digging through all of the other posts/threads.

Does Cosentyx have an autoinjector like the Humira pens or is it a traditional syringe that you have to manually fill and inject?

Yes there is a lot to go through, but don't hesitate to shout out if you need any help finding your way around. And ask as many questions as you like we don't mind if it's already been asked, I know most of the forum off by heart so can probably find something you're looking for. Or you can use the Search if logged-in.

Cosentyx comes in both the Auto and Pre Filled Syringe, just remember to get your choice put on the prescription.
