I totally understand! I was just confused at first as I thought you were stopping it. I got it now!

Sorry to hear you are still having the migraines - I get them but it’s usually hormonal for me not related to the drugs, though I think I have linked the start of a headache with sleeping on my back - sometimes just the pressure on the back of my head/ neck starts one off. They looked into it when I had the  xrays and mri for psa, but haven’t seen anything yet.

My only advice on migraine is don’t hold off on taking painkillers - have some by the bed in case you get it in the night, and carry them around with you as you can sometimes nip them in the bud before they get really bad, and I find soluble paracetamol works better for me than the tablets. Do you get the ‘aura’ which is funny eyesight before the headache?

I think that it's all stress at the moment that I have, my daughter Clare is much worse lately and we are very worried about her . We have had problems with the scheme manager that we employ and he has now gone so we have to sort out the mess he has left and find someone to replace him. I have had a few other health problems so add it all together and you have a combination of stress building up.

All I can say is it's your choice, but if you look at it most have done well after switching from Stelara. But whichever you choose I doubt the migraines will get any worse if you did switch.

Good luck.

It's still working okay Fred ,when they made a mess of the delivery at the time I was put on 10 weeks it was 15 weeks before I got the Stelara and I was starting to get the P back plus the PsA was getting worse. After a short time injecting again both the P and the PsA was 100% better so the Stelara is still working well and I have not had many side effects so I am reluctant to change for the sake of it and there is the risk that it may not suit.
