Almost completed three weeks on Cosentyx and the spots on my body are down to a pink colour.  No Plaques on any of the spots and none returning, still no side effects.  The only spot that is still flakey is my scalp, so it seems to working slowly on there.  However the management is so easy no creams or oinments, so I'm loving the low maintenance.  I will give another update after my 4th injection

Amazing results in such a short space of time .....it's great to hear that you have no side effects, what a great drug Cosentyx is proving to be, I'm sure it will get to your scalp soon

I'm glad you are enjoying your low maintenance treatment ,and I'm enjoying your updates Thumb

Just completed my 5th injection and the final injection for the loading phase.  Now to monthly injections from this point on.  Results, I have no more psoriasis anywhere.  I am 100% clear everywhere and how quickly you forget the 10 years of having this awful disease.  I wear T-shirts to the gym, no more scratching or being itchy everywhere.  I will admit I never had a severe case of it I was about 20% covered throughout my body.  I have absolutely no side effects in the last 4 weeks and only minor headache (1 day on week one and Diarreha the day of injection also week 1.  My insurance has finally approved me today and the Exposed program had been fitting the bill for the time being, which I'm greatful for.  I have never tried any other biologic to compare to however this drug is completely different chemically speaking.  For all those who are suffering from psoriasis really plead with your dermatogist to get you on this drug.  I'm 37, a police officer, actually SWAT, so I'm used to stressful situations and high intensity, so I never let this disease ever stop me from living, cause it can always be worse.  I was always thankful I was healthy and never had any life threatening illnesses. All this medication really did was take one more stressful nuisance away that I now don't have to be concerned about.  Best of luck everyone, I will update you if things change and if they stay the same.

Thanks Nick what a great result ...it is a great drug, it's a shame to get to it in the U.K. You seem to have to fail most other treatments.

But it's good to see those that do get it having such good results so quickly

I look forward to regular updates it's good to read of its continued success Thumb

My treatment has kept me clear close to five years but it is easy to forget you have the disease when you are clear ....but for me it's always at the back of my mind ...and I don't want to go back to those scaly times

Good to hear it's workig well for you, and I'm with you it's an amazing treatment. I'm on wee 12 and very please with the results especially for psoriatic arthritis.

Interesting you mention diarrhoea. I experienced it after my last shot #6 but wasn't sure if it was down to the cosentyx as I had already had 5 in weekly doses. I take #7 tomorrow so will have to see what happens.

Thank you for updating, I'm reading with interest.
