wow Bill that's a lot of hurdles to jump to get on a good treatment. By the time you have done all that I would think your joints could be badly damaged .....not ideal
In your shoes I would do what you are doing and just let them monitor me Thumb

20 joint involvement? Seriously, almost no one is going receive treatment if that is the case. The 4 major joints is also ridiculous. Most people who qualify for phase III trials is no where near this.

Aren't you dead before you reach that point? Doh

Amazing how "well" medicine, and probably also politics, is caring for its inhabitants with you over there.

It is not perfect over here in NL, but I must say that they are a bit more enlightened over here, though rheumatologists do have a standard MTX reflex built in together with their construction.

6 February 2017?

Had a blood test  on Friday and the doctor has just phoned saying my lymphocytes are at 1.21 and liver and kidney  functions are all normal so I am good to carry on with my Fumaderm I have left my Psoriasis score at 3 because I still have a small 2cm light patch on my left elbow, and a few days ago I noticed a bit behind mtpy ears ( I think it's because I have been a bit stressed for the last few months )

I got an appointment through for my MRI brain scan that's booked for 23 February ( not looking forward to that )

On my prostate cancer blood test it show the prostate specific antigen PSA is  untraceable so I'm  safe

Not much else to report except my arthritis is only noticeable on my fingers and barely any pain

All sounding good Jim, great to know you can continue and even better to know the prostate problems seems sorted. Thumb

I'm must admit I don't like MRI's as they are so uncomfortable and noisy. If it's just your brain it may not be to bad, but I'm usually in there for 40 minuets. Confused All I can suggest is that you chill out and relax, and remember at least you will have an answer. Thumb

MRI's are annoying, but you'll do fine Smile

Glad to hear you can continue with treatment.
