Psoriasis disappeared after 16 years!!

I can understand what Bill is saying. As you all know I'm not into diet fixing psoriasis and I'm very sceptical, I have seen most of the scams out there and Bill is right they all want to post on Psoriasis Club. I think what Bill is saying, if S.A 28 was to post like Alan did in his thread How I Cured My Psoriasis By Diet then some of us may find it more believable.

Having said that, I can assure you Bill that anyone posting scams on here will get thrown out of the door without question. S.A 28 has been a member of Psoriasis Club for 4 years now and has never attempted to post any scam, so I would have thought if he was going to he would have done so by now.

@S.A 28 Please don't be put off, but it is difficult for anyone using diet to convince people like Myself and Bill. Good luck to you if it is working and I do hope it continues, but to be honest after 6 years of running Psoriasis Club Alan's is the only diet thread that I may believe as he has posted proof. But then again it doesn't convince me as he has only been diagnosed for 12 months and it's too early to say that he has indeed cured psoriasis.

Nobody should take offence when asked to provide evidence. Look at how convincing and informative Belinda's documented experience is. How would her thread compare sans pics? Just a few is enough, and there is no need for immodesty. Andy's thread would be as interesting if he cut out all the botty pics as a compassionate gesture to members and in support of their temperance.

As Fred points out, curing your psoriasis with diet and exercise is a rare thing. With more evidence you stand a far better chance of helping others.

Just to confirm Bill, no one had taken offence as far as I know.

I just stepped in to assure S.A 28 it was fine for him to keep posting as it may have took him some courage to start this thread because we hadn't seen him since joining in 2012.

I so wish this would work for me!!...i have been into weights and bodybuilding for over 35 years !! i have still got Psoriasis,
at the moment Otezla is keeping it at about 80% clear..but how I wish a lifetime in the gym worked for me!!
