I got 100% clearance with methotrexate, but the side effects got too much to handle. I've now started stelara and a week in, I've noticed the skin looks less aggressive and I've heard brilliant stories from others on here about it.

There is a lot of options out there, I would suggest reading all your options and have another chat with your dermatologist. You'll find that not everyone reacts the same to all treatments so don't be put off because one person has a bad reaction, because you might find another that had a great experience with it

I been of on it and off it. 3 months at 17.5 mg did nothing for my psoriasis. Turned me into the living dead.

You will find everyone here helpful and happy to let you know their experiences.
I have not had methotrexate - I suffer with Plamar Plantar type so have been on Acitretin for 4 months now and I finally have 
stopped flaking everywhere !
