You try what you think is a good idea and end up believing what you think is best for you until it stops working, then you start looking again.

We can all say something is good, but it may not be for others. Psoriasis is so difficult to treat and it's all about finding what works for you at the time, not going by what others say.

the Dead Sea is 400 meters below sea level and apparently there is a lot of Bromide in the air. Which makes you all lazy and relaxed. That's what I heard anyway. It could contribute to feeling good, and feeling good is better than feeling stressful for psoriasis, isn't it.
Also, because it's lying so low, the sunlight gets more 'filtered' and you can spend longer in the sun before burning.

It used to be believed that bromide was put in the tea in the navy, to suppress sexual desires while at sea ....how true it is I don't know as I was never in the British navy ......but I'll steer clear of the Dead Sea just in case  Whistle

I find a deserted beach ( and we have lots close to us ) at the start of the summer and usuallly after a week or so I feel good enough to venture into a busier beach ... but with my medication now . I haven’t had that worry for the last six years Thumb
