Objective:
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) has been recognized as a severe erosive disease. However, some patients do not develop erosions. We aimed to determine the prevalence, characteristics, and predictors of erosion-free patients (EFP) as compared with erosion-present patients (EPP) among patients with PsA followed prospectively. That's because the primary Objective is to look at EFP patients and why they have no erosions .

I am a PsA patient from 8 years ago, before 3 months there is pain and limited ROM, so when I went to rheumatologist he confirmed that there is development of distal clavicle bone erosion “ x-ray showed” , and ask for MRI for more investigations,
so the Q what will i do? Iam confusing right now. ANd my Rt knee start develops the same symptoms that I feel on my shoulder. Am I psychologically terrified?

Can you tell us more about the treatments you already have had? E.g. Did you have systemic treatments? How is the availability of biolocal treatments at your location? Cheers, Caroline

Reham. Did you ever consider the fumarates? I think your location in the world is Saudi Arabia, it might be possible to get DMF over there. Most people will finally fail with Humira, that is the experience we derive from the results of the people over here. I guess the Enbrel also stopped working? Never give up. Caroline

I start using humira injections because the joint pain increased and enbrel didn’t work on my joint just for the skin. Thank you. Reham

The interesting thing is that it is a very cheap medication while fumarates are natural to your body. If you want to know more about it, let us know. We are here to help each other if we can.
