Psoriasis natural solution

I have severe PsO on my knees, back and elbow. I'm looking for natural treatments. Can someone advise me?

Hi Mike and   to the club, you will get some good advice here, although the only natural treatment I have had success with is natural sunlight and coconut oil as a moisturiser .

Is there any reason you don't want conventional medications as I have always relied on those for clear skin

I hope you get some answers that will work for you, there are many treatments mentioned in the natural treatment board.

Have a good look around and ask as many questions as you have, someone will always answer

Hey Mike I am sure people with more experience than me can point you at a few things.

The only thing I ever relied on was sunlight. However when I was less stressed and eating healthier I would say that my psoriasis was improved slightly.

It would be great to get a natural remedy but I guess there is a lot of trial and error to it with everything from Chinese herbal remedies to dead Sea mud it could also prove expensive as well as frustrating. That said even prescription remedies are very often trial and error.
