Have now had my first instalment of IXEKIZUMAB two day's ago and the only thing was yesterday my eye's were a wee bit nippy but no worse than they would be if I was very tired. it involved three injections to my stomach two by the nurse to show me how and then the third by myself "OUCH" Didnae like that at all. while I'm under this treatment I'm not allowed the use of ointments, tablets etc. to enable a clear study of the stuff at work, I am however allowed to use EPADERM Cream which I have been using for a while now and I find to be a very good moisturiser.
Thank you for updating I'm sure a lot of our readers will find your progress interesting.
The shots do get easier once you get the hang of it.
There is a tutorial on images here:

Good luck, I look forward to your updates.

Four to five weeks? Man, that's rocket fuel! It has taken me more than three years on DMF to get rid of over 99% of the skin stuff, and whilst the arthritis is greatly improved it could be another 18 months before I can lie down flat again.
Here's to a rapid recovery.

Best of luck, that sounds like a very interesting study and you seem to be getting very good results ,much faster than I got on Stelara.

Bill - The Dr's Say 4-5 weeks I hope they are on the ball with that , but I will wait and see

, The best bit so far is that there does not seem to be much in the way of side effects, as I say my eye's were a bit nippy yesterday but nothing today.
