Hi Richard well you've come to the right place so to the forum
This is a fairly unique forum as there are no outside interests here just fellow sufferers sharing experiences of psoriasis, with what treatments we are on and how well or not they are working . You will find so much information on here, if you need to know anything just ask there's usually someone here Enjoy your time here and join us if you wish in the off topic boards where it's fairly light hearted and I'm the sensible one there keeping order I look forward to hearing of your experience of psoriasis Jim

If you haven't seen one yet, get your gp to refer you . He will make a judgement of what is the right course of treatment for you. Most creams are either steroid based, or a vitamin derivative. But they are only available on prescription. You could try coconut oil that proves very good at soothing the itch and moisturising Beware of anyone selling you a cure.... They will get rich and you will still have psoriasis Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I'm sure others will chip in with good advice

Hi Richard,
Welcome to the board. In your case I think it at least makes sense to check your score. There are a number of questions to answer so you can think also and verify. You can find the score question list on the bottom and top of the page. Caroline

Hi Richard welcome to our group you will learn a lot from our group.I also have psorosis and also have psoriatic arthritis and just found out I have Gastroperesis the food lays in my stomach and doesn't digest like it should, makes me very ill.I have to watch what I eat and eat 6 small meals a day.Seems like everything hits you at once.I give myself an Enbrel 50 mg shot every Saturday for my Psorosis and it has really helped me.I was on Remicade infusions for over a year and had to stop, had a reaction to it.What are you taking for your Psorosis? There is lots to learn here we will enjoy hearing your story!
