 This looks like a great group to belong to, I've been peeking around a bit.
I've had plaque psoriasis for 30 years, as well as a few bouts with guttate and palmo-plantar.
I have tried just about every cream, lotion and potion plus UV, nothing really works for very long though.
So I have lately decided to go au naturel, and just live around it.
Eh, could be better, but it certainly could be worse so I'm a happy camper!

Take your time getting to know the people over here, they are all very nice.
We also have gathered lots of information all together seen from the point of the psoriasis patient. Maybe you will find here some solution for yourself.

Hi Celia    to the forum .... Yes this is a great place to belong, we are all in the same boat and struggle with psoriasis in one form or another, but we are all here for each other offering support or advice, and listening too each other's experiences, and have built up a great wealth of knowledge thanks to the input of members with their experiences, and Fred keeping us up to date with the latest news and developments in the science of psoriasis.
It's a very lively forum and you are welcome to add your experience here
I see you use topical creams ... But are not having success... It's difficult going the natural route but well worth a go..... Myself I would get myself referred to a good dermatologist as there are so many things left to try and one of them will be successful

If you look through the prescribed treatment boards you will see many things you may not have tried
If you want some links to the treatments just shout out and someone will point you in the right direction

You may also like to join us in the off topic section where there is always an excuse to have a chuckle at some of the posts feel free to jump in as we welcome new members with open arms ....just watch out for the cookie thief .. I'm sure you will meet him at some point
Meantime enjoy the forum free from interference or spam or advertisements as Fred tolerates none of that
